It was established in December 2003, in the city of Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. From that moment, we began to carry out tasks to ensure the safety of our customers' facilities and active development in the region. As the basis of our strategy, we chose: the professionalism of employees and the quality of services provided. The entire management of our security company underwent professional training, and in the future was repeatedly sent to advanced training courses. From the moment of creation to the present, we carefully study the positive experience of the best domestic and foreign security organizations, constantly participate in seminars and meetings with police and National Guard officers, those regions where we protect facilities.

We constantly monitor and analyze information on the state of the crime situation in the territory of service and neighboring regions. Information on new types and methods of committing crimes, their nature and features. Based on this information, our security specialists, and all of them are veterans of service in law enforcement agencies, taking into account their many years of experience, are developing proposals for effective measures to prevent and suppress such threats at protected facilities. There are additional briefings for security guards at sites and meetings with senior shifts and groups.

We are attentive to recruitment and training. Only those guards who have completed a full professional training course at a specialized educational institution and successfully passed a qualification exam work in the Maximus PSC. All employees of our security organization undergo additional training in the form of lectures and seminars, as well as periodic verification of knowledge and skills, especially those guards who serve with official firearms, as well as those who protect objects with a mass stay of people.
